right hand colum loading issue

hi all,

just wondering if I've moved the close of my table to low down the footer template ?

i've put the a table near the top that 1 td hold the forum and another td holds the nav/sponors etc.. but the forum loads then jumps to a smaller size after the 2nd td loads.. should I have some code / js below the table to stop this ?
