users color frame on index?

I to evry one
I have shearched all over and a cant find it but I have see-it in one forum.
I would like to know How can I put the colors of the user name on index of may forum there were are the last post it shows also de username that have post it,I would like to set there the color on username it means the same colors of the group that he belongs.
