Modifications are cluttered after 3.0.x series
 
This is what I can make out since last few years over vb.org, modifications are not getting cluttered, till 3.0.x series it was easy to maintain (for devs) and install them.

but now since I am running couple of forums with different vbulletin versions, it makes my work little more difficult to install one same modification from 2 to 3 different threads/versions.

What does rest think about this ?
OR
maybe this is due to a new product version release made @ vb.com.
