VB used differently

I came accross this site today and was supprised to find out it's using vb...didn't realize it till i notice they actually had the default post reply buttons and such...other then that i think it's awesome what they did with it

How do you know its VB there are no vb copyright notices, is it just the fact that it has the same buttons?
from what i can see it aint vb just the buttons being used?

Just looked a little further and looked at the registration page, yip its deffo VB and copyrights removed, this aint right!!

In my opinion, I like the branding because it makes the site look a bit more professional.
