RSS feeds not updating with replies to existing threads?

My RSS feed seems to only list new threads, not exisitng threads with new replies.

Whats causing this? Here is my code: http://www.ruleoneforum.com/external.php?lastpost=true

edit: if it matters, running vb 3.6.2 with the 3.6.3 security patch
