Navbar style problem in opera

Please have a look at http://www.roma-antiqua.de/forum

If you're using firefox or IE, the somewhat modified navbar (just rearranged the table a bit) looks o.k. Not so in Opera: right and bottom border not showing. Any hints on this issue?

I'll happily post my navbar template if this will be of any help.
