usercp option, go advanced always on edit

what i would like is in ur usercp options, if u click edit on a p[ost, it does not do the quick edit (if u have it selected to not do it)

some ppl the ajax just doesnt work right so they end up having to click it tice, and others just dont like it

would be a good mod
