How do I fix this error?

I upgraded my forum and when they click on a user to take them to the users page or etc... I get this message. I had that myspace page hack on there, anyway to fix this?

you probably have a plugin or something similar that is trying to run that query. Search it out and disable it

Your have installed plugin, may be a gallery that create the table above.
Uninstall this plugins to fix the problem.
