Forum Registration Rules Question
Hi,
When a member registers, they must check the "I agree" box after reading the forum rules. I have some rules specific to my forums that I would like to put in that rule box, is there a way I can edit what is shown in that box? Thanks! |
Its in the phrase system, try searching for rules, or registration in the phrase manager.
|
Okay, I think I have found the right place. However, I am confused when looking at the page.
I'm in the phase manager, under : forum_rules_description In the first box, is the text currently displayed in the registration process. Underneath that is a blank box titled: Translations. Is this where I would enter my desired text? |
Do you want the original text plus yours? Or just yours?
|
Some of the original text; the first part that says:
Quote:
|
Then just copy that over and then add whatever else you want.
|
So, it does go in the "translations" box?
|
Yes.

Thank you very much for your help, Zachery. I've made the edits, and it did just what I wanted. :)
|
Thanks! Very good info I added a few requirements to mine. :)
Using the forum search feature is great.... :) |
