Download Limits
 

is there anything out there that would limit a peeps downloads per day ? i have over 3300 ibpro arcade games and trying to add them to my download section but holding off til i find somthing like this because what games i do have added are getting hammered hard.

well my games i have available are well over 3 gig worth thats alot of bandwidth for peeps to suck off me without any limits set i dont mind helping a peep out but really need to limit the access so my bandwidth isnt sucked dry

Mmm I know what you mean. The attachments on one of the forums I manage total 35gb - and with an average of 200-300 logged in users at any given time it can get quite expensive :D

I know I will be looking into the mod you mentioned above.

With what I learned about limiting downloads for DownloadsII, I think I could fairly quickly throw together a mod that would restrict attachments that can be downloaded per day based on MB or on # of files. Is that what your are looking for?
