Invitation and limitation for registration

hi....

In my forum I have to do this:
1- Stop registration for users
2- Allow invitation users (I'll add them manually) to use forum for XX days.
3- After XX days they not allow to view content of subject's, if they want to view content they have to pay monthly.

Please your help ASAP.
