Looking for a User Registration hack/addon
 

I would like to automatically disable user registration on the vbulletin 3.5.4 forums between the hours of 11pm and 7am. So it should be like a timer that auto disables registration during those times, or an addon that checks what time it is and allows or disaalows regsitration accordingly. Is there any means of doing this?

perhaps using scheduled tasks? is it not possible to make it disable user registration as a cron job every night, and enable it as another cronjob every morning.

Would any1 be able to supply any code/template for this?!
