Edit navbar

Can anyone help met with editing the navbar.

I want User CP changed into Home.
I managed to change the link in navbar but where can I change User CP into Home

ADMINCP / Languages & Phrases / Search in Phrases

do a search for "user_cp" (make sure Search In... is set to Phrase Variable Name Only)

Why would you not just add a link in the navbar template?
