post new thread template?
 
what template is the editor in? i cant find it

inside the editor
i want to copy the Preview button from the bottom to the top next to right of the title.

the post icons are many..they scroll down to far to click the preview button

That's the newthread (and newreply) template ;)

The preview button is using this code:
