Quick Turnaround Required : Similar to vbGarage

This may already be possible using an existing hack like vbGarage, or a modified one. Either way, I'm happy to pay for a quick turnaround.

Members (permissions based on usergroup) can set-up "a car". They can upload a number of images (one of which is the main image) to this car, and fill in certain info fields, plus a long description.

When submitted, it goes into a moderation queue to be accepted (option to allow only certain user groups to be able to moderate this). When the car is modified, it also goes off to the moderation queue again - ideally, leaving the old version still visible, unless this is major extra work.

There are two types of moderator acceptance. 1) To be viewed as their Garage from within their profile. 2) Accepted as a feature car.

If accepted as a feature car, it will appear on the front page of the site on a daily rotational basis, so I'll need variables to use for the main image, the first x chars of the text, the info fields, etc.

Ideally, I'd like to display say 5 of these at a time, so some kind of parameters like $FeatureCarPhoto(x). If x = 0, it shows today's car, 1 = yesterday's, etc.

Hope this makes some kind of sense!
