Require first and last name
Is there a hack/modification somewhere that I can install that makes the user register with their first and last name? or they can't go any further?
TIA! |
That's a default vBulletin feature ;)
Just create two custom profile fields for it and make them required for registration. |
RS, thanks, but that doesn't make sense to me when I go fill it out.
There is not an option for it to be required AT registration. ? |
First you have to choose the input type, so you don't see the option immediately ;)
Go to the Custom Profile field management option and edit an existing one, you will see that the option exists :) |
After it's created, manage it and then select.. Yes, at registration and profile updating - User will be required to complete this field at registration and when updating their profile.
|
This is under the User Profile Field, correct?
|
yes, first add a new user profile field... then save, then go back and manage that field... then the option will appear.
|
Thanks Ya'll!
