Methods of Nominating News items
 
I've installed the latest vbadvanced on vbulletin 3.6.2 and am wondering about methods of nominating news items.

Is there a way to add a thread to the news listings without going into the vbulletin admincp? ie. I'd like to add a link to thread tools to so this can be done in threadview.

I'm sorry if this has already been covered - I did some searching and probably not using the right criteria. Wasn't coming up with any solutions.
