How to have one set of template files, multiple CSS variables?

Maybe this is so easy, I don't get it.

I want to offer multiple style options to my users. However, the only things I really want to change are font colors/faces and a few other things from the CSS data. So, different CSS, but same templates.

I hate maintaining multiple sets of template files and don't want to do that.

This must be possible, but I don't know how to do it! Please help?
