Making The Table in Left-Column Move by User Scrolls The Page
 

Here I provide a picture for better explanations.

In this image as you can see, there is an "Hemen Ara!" box that is dedicated to users to search the forum immediately as they want. But that stays near the first post.

I want it to scroll near postbits while the users scrolls down the page.

Is that possible ? I have read about some Javascript stuff but I have no idea at all.

I also searched here but did not find a hack related to this. Would be glad if someone can help.

have a look at my fixed sidebar on all pages modification. It's badly titled, but provides a sidebar which stays in ine place while the page moves throughout the site.
