New MYSQl ERROR in 2.57+

Hi,
Always in 2.5.7+ if I insert a game description using an apostrophe (Es: l' ) it give me this kind of mistake:

You really should use addslashes Mr.Zeropage.

Sometimes when I write a description where it needs the apostrophe. It is range because with 2.56 version it didn't happen

MrZeropage, we really need a quick fix for this problem....:surprised:
