Activating Non-Active Members
 

So every so often people e-mail me saying they never received their Confirmation E-mail.

If i move all the non-active (unconfirmed) users into the Registered Users group...do they automatically get sent the welcome e-mail?

no but i think there is an option to actully send out welcome emails again.

If you're just going to activate people who complain they didn't get the email then why bother with e-mail confirmations, just turn them off.

Problem is I had someone makin' heaps of accounts to rig contests, and anyone can do that if the e-mail verification is off.
