Ban by Country Code

I am looking for a mod to ban entire country codes. Something that would allow me to ban everyone visiting from a .ru ISP for example.

Would this be difficult to do?

You need something like mod_geoip for apache and special plugin code.
Also you can ban by Accept-Language.
