how to put Xml link(news ticker) on forumhome?

How can i put news ticker link (http://***.**/data/rss/ticker.xml) on forumhome with marquee?
I'm on 3.6.1

This is an rss feed from an external site and not your vb forum?

You will probably find what your looking for at hotscripts. They have some nice dhtml faders
