vb.org Archive - Separating Log In form from VB 3.6.2

I have an index page on http://swordforum.com in which I want to have the forums login.

My forums are at http://forums.swordforum.com/

What I did was copied the form from the forum index and removed the table code and put it into my main site's index.html page.

Then I got the following error message.

"In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist.".

I've come to realize (through painful experience) that it has something to do with the Whitelist and the Cookies domain. I've tried various instructions to no avail. Is there some kind of correlation between the two?
