How to use dreamweaver in making styles

can i edit the vbulletin interface using dreamweaver ? if yes which files should i open to edit and how to upload them ,
if there has been made any tutorials regarding this issue it will be of great help...please share

vBulletin uses a template based system and as such the styles are not stored in the filesystem but in the database.
