Limit Signature Links And Lines?

Is there a hack that will allow me to limit the amount of lines and links users can have in their signatures, or is there some other way of doing this? Thanks for any help guys.

ok guys, figured out the lines thing.

anybody know how to limit the links in user's signatures? doesn't seem to be a hack on here for this. surprising.
