vb.org Archive - Thieving not working

When I first installed vbPlaza the thieving was working fine (I installed it last week). But in the last couple of days i've added v3Arcade (without the integration to vbPlaza) and also fixed up my portal. I've looked everywhere for where the problem might be, but can't find it.
When you try to steal from another member this message appears (even though the member has heaps of points to steal):
