sticky icons

i'm looking for a way to change the icons for threads from the default ones to different ones like a new one for stickys and announcements, i did find a hack in vb2 but not sure how to update that to 3.6.2. a point in the right direction would be most helpful

why don't you replace the images with the same name thorough FTP?
