how to set timezone correctly!

set to gmt+1 in Admin CP and shows everything correct for admin
logout
and it just says GMT (and I want it to say GMT+1 for everybody)as its a local (UK) board - thanks!

how to set it to GMT+1 for everybody? else guests see everything an hour off as they ae all in the UK!
