MySQL Query Help: List of First Posters To Forum in a Given Month
 

Hello MySQL experts.

I have a contest in our greetings and introductions forum where we pick someone from each month who is posting a 'hello' for the first time.

In the past moderators have kept track of who has posted manually, but now we really need to be able to run a query of who has posted in the forum for the first time between two sets of dates.

This query must allow for them to have posted somewhere else on the board already, but be introducing themselves in this forum for the first time. And of course, it also must not report people who are posting in the forum for the second or third time.
