Upgrading

I am currently using 3.0.7 and would like to upgrade to the latest version. I have a few hacks on the exisiting forum including the arcade.

I do not want the hacks on the later version, but was wondering if I can do a simple upgrade and whether it will keep all users and posts etc.

Yes, upgrading does not remove users or posts.
