VB Header and Theme on non VB page

I have tried endlessly to change the headers and footers on one of my pages to use the ones in Vbulletin. This is my site and I am also using an extreme pixels skin.
This is an example from someone elses site of what I would like to achieve.
My php skills are at a very minimal and I am stuck for what to change to achieve this result.
I have included the header and footer html's that need modifying and I would greatly appreciate if someone could give me some instructions.

P.S. The directory to that page is MySite/dkp/
