Skinning help

Hello,

I have just bought vbulletin, i was using invision n now i am trying to create a smilar skin that my users got used to. Also this is the first time that i met with vbulletin admincp i need your helps:)

Here are my problems..

I am placing my banner but in diffrent screen resolutions size of the forum changes but the banner is same, so it does not fit manytimes.. how can i create a dynamic banner which can be wider or narrow according to the resolution. which will be in the same size with the forum in every resolution.

There is a blue border around some parts of the forum i couldnt find it how can i change its colour.

And last I want to have a border all around the forum view is it possible and how can i do that?

Thank you for your helps
