Zoints SEO & vBAdvanced

Hi,
I installed Zoints SEO on my forum, which seemed to work great, but I had previously installed vBAdvanced.

All the vB forum pages now show urls like:
http://www.head-nod.com/interviews-f6/index.html

...but the vBAdvanced homepage still shows:
http://www.head-nod.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6

Can anyone tell me how I can mod this too?
