Copying threads from one database to another.

I have two websites, both are based on vBulletin. When I finish site#2 I want to move some of the forums now sitting on site#1. site#2 database is a copy of the database at site#1 as it was three weeks ago, so I only need to add the posts that were added in the last three weeks. Is this possible? How do I go about that?
