Ordering theads and child forums within a forum

I'd like to have the threads above the child fourms, on my site. Is that possible? It would be like an intro to the fourm. Here's the page I'm talking about. I'd like it in just this forum.

You can log in using the name: guest user and password user.

should be in one of the forumdisplay templates I reckon - have a look around in there..
