Working Image On Redirect Screen

This will add a image like this
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2006/10/3.gif
to your login screen.

How To Install
In The Template STANDARD_REDIRECT search for this code:

Underneath This Add

NOTE: You can add this code anywhere in this template.

This part is optitional
Ive attached a copy of the file working.gif to this thread so you can host the image on your own server. If you do decide to host the image on your server you need to change the highlighted code to match the images url on your server :

No, I have downloaded the graphic which you can find at "screenshots" and I have uploaded it on my webspace.

I think that the problem is this:
