New Posts Since (time option)

On my old board I had a drop down menu on my navbar that took the place of the "Since Last Vists" (New Topics) Option.

This drop down had option like:
New Posts Since las Visit
New Posts last 15 minutes
New Posts Last 30 minutes
New Posts In Last Hour
New Posts In Last 3 Hours
New Posts In last 6 Hours
New Posts in last 12 hours
ect...

The problem is a friend rote the code for me and I have lost it since I updated by code base.

Any help would be greatly apperciated
