vb.org Archive - A tricky request with Multi-Quote

I've been re-coding the skins when I've upgraded my forum from 3.0.9 to 3.6.1 and I have been working on my mobile skin that I once made for 3.0.9 (in perfect ways that I wanted to be).

However, I ran into one tricky progress, I want to change the Multi-Quote image path into a text based code. Like if I want to multiquote an user, the "on" function will be "Multi-Quote" and "off" as "Multi-Quote".

I gave it a couple tries to make it text based and the multi-quote doesn't work anymore. Anyone could give me idea how to make this happen?
