Postbit Removes Opening Tags?!? :(

Hi,

My postbit has a problem I cannot diagnose myself.

It seems to be removing the first opening tag in every post.

So the first smiley in every post is broken. The first img tag is broken, etc.

This is really weird to me. Can anyone help??
