Please Help, I'm Stuck With This Style

Very new around here and looking for a little help.

I used this Easy Action style, it works great for what I'm doing.

I've tried and tried but can't figure out what's going wrong.

I can't figure out why It put my "Welcome" area where it did and the others I'm working on are all the way down (you'll see) and going across the page.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
