Uploaded attachments output as empty

My attachment system is not working. When an attachment is uploaded, vbulletin outputs an empty file (images and files).

I have tried database and directory storage methods, but the problem is still there.

Can anyone assist?

NVM, fixed problem in attachment.php, its caused by VBTT 3.0.3 :(

What was the issue, as i cannot and just installed vbtt3.03
