Looking for "UNANSWERED THREADS" mod

Hello I am looking for the Unanswered threads mod in this site, if you go to quick links you will see it and it finds all the threads that have been unanswered.

If anyone can find this it would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys:)

Just add this link to the code of the Quick Links in the navbar template:

http://www.yoursite.com/forum/search...=0&dontcache=1

LOL, ripped straight from our link :)

(dontcache=1 doesn't do anything ;))

No, I ripped it from my own site (okay, maybe I ripped it some months ago from vBulletin.org for my site) :)

Is there a new code to disable the search cache if dontcache isn't working any more?

As far as I can tell there has never been a 'dontcache' parameter in search.php (at least not in any 3.x version). I think it was something that was customised into vb.org code deep in the past and the link has never been updated.

I'm doubtful it did anything even while vb.org was running 3.0 - since the whole seach results display system depends on the 'caching' functionality - results are displayed by supplying the searchid, not directly.

Thanks but where do I put it in the navbar? , sorry I'm bad at codes. and do I just put a link their?

Anyone please?

Anyone, where do I place it in the NAVBAR?

Paul M 03-11-2007 11:09 PM

The answer to that would depend entirely on where you want the link to appear, and how customised your navbar is already.
