vb.org Archive - [HELP] Trying to Upgrade and Got Error

Hi guys! I am finally making the plunge to upgrade from 3.0.7 to 3.6.2.... and boy has it been interesting. I am just learning about plugins, etc... and tried to upgrade my arcade with the instructions. Right now I'm on a tester forum, hence the calmness.

I imported the file, etc... but couldn't find where to update the product and choose 'overwrite'. Because there is such a big difference between versions should I have done an install?
