Issue with forum excluding?

I have the 3.5, 3.0, and 2.0 forums excluded in my profile...but they all show up on a new post search

That exclude feature appears to have been lost when vb.org upgraded to 3.5.4, there is no code to make it work. I didn't remove the options when I discovered this because I was thinking of adding it back at some point. However, I think it might be wise to hide the options for now.
