Using vborg rules?

What is you stance on using the site rules found at vborg (though with lots of changes...but similar wording on the main topics) on another site? Do you mind?

Well it would be polite if we were asked first, but I don't see any problem in it.

We are already aware of at least one member who has them on his site (and didn't do the polite thing first ;)).
