How do I show Username HTML Markup in my custom pages

I have created custom pages with the header, navbar and footer yada yada along with the username and title of the logged in user visiting the page with no problem.

However, I can not figure out how to print the "Username HTML Markup" that goes along with that member's primary usergroup. Any help?
