How do I get Latest Threads on ForumHome?

Hello.. I knw ppl will think this question has been asked before. But wait, this latest threads looks different. Can someone tell me how to have latest posts/threads like the one in attached picture.

Also.. anyone knw how to setup table like one in attached picture for Top Poster, and Newest Memebers?? Please help me out here!
