hook location for header?

Hey i have a plugin that requires PHP to be put in a hook location that matches the template. I was wondering if anyone knew where the hook location is for the top header.. where the logo is.

i need to put a piece of code GLOBAL(xxx) in the header and the hook needs to be in the same process.

any ideas?
