My subscriptions are gone. What's going on?

I'm not aware of the banning function removing subscriptions.

Can you please restore my subscriptions from a backup? Thanks.

Exactly what type of subscription you feel are missing.

• My Hacks
• My Tutorials
• Some miscellanous ones, such as clan management system discussion thread.

Of course, I can seek out and re-add those threads on my own, but since you were so nice as to ban me and delete my subscriptions even though the ban was not permanent, maybe you are going to be so nice as to restore them, too? Thanks. :classic:

As Paul said banning, permanent or temporary, does not result in one's subscriptions being deleted. So I am not sure what you are suggesting, are you sure you did not delete them?

There are 77 entries in the subscribed thread table for your userid (80739), what makes you think they are deleted at all ?

Edit: Actually, I think I just spotted the problem with them as well, I've just run an update query, can you see them all now ?

Although I didn't get banned (as far as I know ;)) - I'm not getting all of my email updates for the forums and threads that I'm subscribed to. Yes, I checked my spam folder and they weren't there either.

For example, I'm subscribed to 3.6 templates and ad-ons forums. Today I didn't get an email for the 3.6 templates. I used to get one even if it said there were no new threads.

AFAIk the e-mail system is working fine, I've got all mine today.
